Verification of Status processing time

For those that applied to get a VOS to replace Record of Landing/CoPR,
how long did it take to get ? Processing time says 6 months on IRCC.

I put an email address, hoping that will speed things up.

im also waiting mine, but other replies on the forum stated it took a month. That was from someone who applied in April 2018 though. I'm hoping that 6 mths is not real

When did you apply ?
I also sent a copy of my COPR hopefully it will be fast. I didn’t lose it.

I can’t go to service Ontario because everything is handled by mail and is sent to the registrar general. Their employees don’t know what they are doing. They are uninformed and close minded.

Seems like they're processing fast. I sent my application early December and received my verification of status last week.

Can you post complete timeline please?
I sent mine on Dec 16th. When should I be expecting it?
I also sent them my COPR, hopefully, that will speed things up because they wouldn't have to do that much digging into it.

They received my application on 13th of December and I'm not quite sure when i received it (i don't have a mail box, it's PO and i check it once-twice a month, but on the paper it says printed: January 12th), i picked up it up yesterday when checking my PO

I didn't have COPR or any copies so i sent an application only

Fingers crossed I'll receive mine soon. I sent the application, three photo IDs, Canadian passport, citizenship card and ontario driver's license along with a copy of my COPR.

Nope.
it shows current status, I am a citizen.
Other information, like when I came to the country back in 2004, passport number, etc.

Don't forget to come back and update this thread for others in the future. I'm glad I didn't have to wait the whole 6 months as stated on the website.

yes im glad too. im away from my address i provided so ill only know when i go back. Hoping its there waiting for me lol
