Verification call-OINP

Hi everyone! I'm in process of submitting my OINP application. Can anyone please confirm whether my current employer will receive any verification call?? Because I haven't disclosed this in my office yet.

Are you claiming points for current work ?
All the employers u r claiming pts fr and hv got reference letter need to be informed as they might receive a call
Though call will happen only after u get aor from oinp.
