Anyone can tell me when verification made from employer about my job designation.

How this employeer verification is done? do they do telephonically or physically ? does this is done for all previous employeer. suppose i have 4 different employer than what ?? what in case of one of the employer has shut down the unit and company no more exist ???

The Most probably dont do Physical verification.VO will go by the information on the Employment Reference LEtter or the releiving letter which will have the address and phone numbers of your company.VO will call them or email them.

Can you pleas explain more, cause I am little bit worried about the issue. My NOC is 0111. I have 3/4 year experriance as sales executive and then 1.5 years as Finance Manager after getting promotion in same company. Does this situation may create dought for VO and intend to sight visit?

if you put financial manager work only for 1.5 years you shouldnt have any problem with that. Your certificate of employment (COE) should show that you have been only working as FM for 1.5. If the information does not tally with your application then it is a reason for denial and no need for site visit. Site visits AFAIK are done for possible malicious CoE or other records of employment.

They do verify all the data. Do not mislead or misrepresent any information on your application as this will be a reason for denial.
