others can comment but my assumption would be that might only happen if the consultant and college have some sort of contractual arrangement. For a study permit a consultant apart from helping to prepare an application has zero influence with immigration on getting a study permit. A cynical view but many colleges look only at the significant revenue that international students bring as one of the main acceptance criteria.

your course is a mismatch and you were not able to convincingly get the VO to see reasons for you course switch with a well explained SOP.

If possible, request for your gcms notes and try to correlate your previous course with your intended course or if possible select a course that relates properly with your previous course and when writing your SOP, try to explain your future plans of what you intend yo achieve with your intended course

The major concern from the VO for your refusal is your intended course

Have you linked it online, of no, do it and if yes, check in the message area of your gckey as sometimes it lies there waiting for you but if it still can't be found, search for the specific email of the cic office in your region/country that processed your offline application and send the mail to them. Also, support it by sending a webform, it will arrive

I am new to the group and hence look forward to an advice from all of you. I have add my EE profile for almost a year now with a score of 420 and I think it will not drop to that level. While I am exploring PNP options , I think study in Canada can also be a sure shot for PR. I think, study options in Atlantic provinces is what I would like to explore. Hence, need to know which universities in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI should I consider:
I would like to know,
1.) I have done my PGDBM in 2006, can i still do some Masters or PG course from universities of these provinces after almost 12 years?

2.) How many minimum years of course should i opt in order to get PR.

3.) Can you all recommend some good educational consultant in Delhi who can help me with that.

I have completed my bachelor degree in machanical engineering in 2011.Now i have 6 years academic gap but for the 6 years i have full time work experience .Now planning to take 1 year diploma course in Canada and now am searching for the possibilities

Now my question is, i heared from some one that I may get a seat in college but I may not get study permit. Due to my academic gap i may get rejected by visa officers.

Is it true??. If yes please suggest me possible ways to approach the visa officers and the visa process.

i was applied my study visa on 21 july
After dat 13 th august i received e mail from vfs they need further tests of my heart .. at 19 th august i done my re medical so just i want to know they getting me visa if my medical report is okk or they check all documents after see medical report is ok or not ??

You will surely get your Visa when your second medical is properly assessed by the CIC medical teams as whether your heart condition will be a burden to the Canadian healthcare system or the government, and if they are convince that you won't be needing more money less than your stated available funds submitted as proof of financial capability to carter for yourself.

If your condition proves not too severe or concerning, you ought to get an approval

Not at all, provided you can convince the CBSA agents why you decide to go at that time but it will be advisable to go at least early December due to expenses but if you can offset that, then why not, you can go in November.
