l received my GCMS notes with CBSA(ordered on Jan 27th). On the summary page "Eligibility" show not started. But on the "Time Line" page "EE eligibility" was processing on Nov 17th with CIO office(same day with MEP and Bio).

See if there is any note by program assistanf for r10. And any note above it by case analyst or case processing agent?

No. It's being like that since Feb 9/10. My eligibility is still being reviewed based on CBSA notes.

January 3. Review required cos the case analyst has addition problems.hahahah. Vancouver is my primary VO but I guess the application was sent transferred to Vancouver from CIO

Just to add that I sent a letter of explanation via webform just to aid the next officer. Due date was Feb 7 but I don't know if it matters

No document just a letter of explanation with the calculation done as if the VO is a grade 5 student. I worked part-time for some months before I got a full-time job. I included a letter of explanation, T4 and paystubs when I submitted the application

Yes, but Vancouver is my secondary VO (and did my BG check), but as many people here, eligibility is as "not started"
