I think we are in some kind of line waiting for a bulk action. I called IRCC on Feb 13 and the agent told me my file went back to Etobicoke, my primary VO. This might be the case for some of us

This was the same information i received from the agent. My file went back to my primary which is Kitchener.

I would like to think so, but my last update was Jan 31, Eligibility hasn't started, and Kitchener VO is backed up.

Not sure If our eligibility hasn't started yet or wasn't updated - Someone mentioned that the eligibility should be done before the background check, but I don't know if this is true.

@Toddk2 - When the agent told you your file was sent back to Kitchener - Did you ask them if anything was updated on your application while it was in Vancouver - eligibility, background, etc ?
