I have my test and Interview on 17th Sep 2014....does that leave enough time for them to make decision for the Sep 26th oath

Firstly many congratulations and all the best! What I have seen for Vancouver local office is that even if they approve the file on the same day, oaths are scheduled only after 2 months. I really hope that I am proved other way around but we live in West coast and not in GRTA.

Indeed that is the perfect world. Utopia as what some people might call. Apparently we live in a real world. So the answer is no. A definite one.

Thanks canucksrig ....What do they ask in the interview after the Test ?

I am planning to take my passports, landing paper, PR Card and other certificates that i submitted with the citizenship application. will they ask for anything else ? Also all of these docs have to be original , right ?

Please take all your original documents. They check landing paper, passport and canadian ids. The officer will check your declared travel and match with your passport. Casually talk with you to find out about what you do. If everything is fine will congratulate you and tell you about next step (usually possible oath timeline).
