guys, i tried to ask this question for a long time, does Richmond belong to Vancouver office? thanks

Richmond should be considered Vancouver. Maybe those in Langley, Coquitlam, or Maple Ridge will be thrown to Surrey. Are you in Richmond? I'm in West Van.

I am from Richmond. When I called CIC before, around March, they said my case was transferred to local office which is Vancouver.

Vancouver! Why do I feel that people in this thread are getting little low? Why guys??? CIC is working hard and am sure we will soon hear about oaths and test invites!!!
Happy midweek guys :D

vancouver office only schedule til sep 9. and on average they schedule 2 days for ceremonies each week so there will be 6 more, hopefully 18 sessions.

Do you know when your friend took the test?

hi everyone... new guy here... :P anyone who took the August 6, 2014 Citizenship Exam & Interview at Expo Blvd? any updates on your timeline... I'm just wondering why some of the Interview took so short, about 5 mins.. while others got so long for 15 - 20 mins and keep going back to the interviewer... It took me almost 5 minutes and another 5 mins for my wife then that's it... waiting for 4-6 weeks or months for the next step! 8)

could u give more details? such as what questions did they? did they ask for extra supporting documents? and whats your timeline?
thanks

@ u4g5...

on the interview, they will just ask you the same questions on the application form to verify things... if you're consistent on what you write on your application... i dont have any issue on Residency 'coz me & my family did'nt exit Canada since we landed here... I think they will verify your where abouts during your stay here, how you make a living, where you're going outside Canada. Dates, places and your financial status will justify each other...

my timeline(status): Exam & Interview - August 6, 2014... waiting for invitation for Oath Taking...
