Surrey office is using CIC-Surrey@cic.gc.ca, which make so much sense. They even hand out a contact information after test, in case any applicant need to update information.
What is the subject of the email you got from the address "CIC-VancouverItinerant@cic.gc.ca"? test invitation?

I'm in exactly in the same boat. Surrey applicant. In Process since Feb 14th. I'm not in a hurry but I do get anxious seeing people who got IP after that have gone on to have their oaths also.
I am really thankful to Caribou and Syengyenho who gave me Vancouver office email address. I sent them email to inquire about oath date and they replied me back in 2 mins. They scheduled me for oath on 1st July and will send me notice next week.

I guess it is just a waiting game but we should get our test invite at least in the month of June

I really hope so. I am not in a hurry but it doesn't make sense why they don't process things in chronological order. But I experienced this when I applied for PR so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised with Citizenship & Immigration.
Same here still waiting for test. Fingerprints still not received but IRCC since 47 days.
TIMELINE:
- We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on December 7, 2017.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on January 26, 2018.
- We started processing your application on March 13, 2018.
- We sent you correspondence on April 3, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
- Received fingerprints request by mail on 15 April. Submittef FP on 19 April.
- Called many time to check if they received my FP .. they said no. It will take up to 120 days as i had case in court before .. it was dismissed. But records of my FP are still on the police systems even tho there is no criminal record.
- Can’t wait to have my test and oath. It’s taking forever.
