I have just received the validity of your biometric information letter in my gckey account.

I had given my biometrics in the first application. This is my reapplication.

Is this a good or bad sign?

BVL does not signify if it's approved or not, usually the decision follows soon after BVL.

this year some students got it on the same or the next day while some are still waiting for close to 2 months after getting BVL so if you are lucky enough you will get it soon else join the club like other students.
