Validity of the Employer Reference Letter

Hi,

Is there any validity for the employer reference letter, like the PCC. When I submitted the Employer reference(HR) letter it was just older then 3 months, I searched in everywhere but could not find anything about the validity of the Employer letter.

Hi Jeeks,
Was the letter obtained after 1year experience or before? IMO that is what matters.
It must be after and should have the details from when started in that role/job

Thanks, I got the Experience letter after almost 1 year and 6 months of experience.
