I have a quick question regarding PCC. I am indian citizen by birth and living in Canada since Dec 2013 . I have never been to India since then . Now I had got PCC for India from BLS Canada Office on 3rd Nov 2014 to apply for Canada PR under old system but unluckily I could not apply under old system and fall under Express Entry

Now I have got ITA under recent draw and while checking PCC requirement on CIC website which says
==
For the country you currently live in, the police certificate must be issued no more than six months before you apply.
For countries where you have lived for six months or more, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you lived in that country.
==

Does that mean , I do not need to get PCC for India again because I have not been to India since I last got PCC for India from BLS Canada ?

Thanks and will appreciate your expert Opinion.

You can use that PCC until you go back and live in India again.
Thanks Asivad. Well I have plans to go to India in 1st week of March 2016 (for max. 1.5 month around only) but I would be submitting my documents by last week of Feb 2016 before I travel so I should be fine right ?

I was reading another post and somebody mentioned that For eAPR , AOR is instant and if we travel after receiving AOR then PCC won't be required again by CIC, Is that correct ?

Yes. Travel after e-APR wouldn't necessitate a PCC requirement for that PR application.
