Validity of Medical is for 2years ?????

Medical is valid for 1 year.

Sometimes a visa officer will extend the validity beyond 1 year, but this is entirely up to the visa officer there is no rule about it.

not to be mean most immigration lawyers dont know what they r talking about! everyone person i know has had nothing but issues with going through a lawyer - they dont care as long as they get their money

General rule when using an immigration lawyer would be to always try to go by recommendation and not by an internet search or the phone book. In fact this is generally the advice for any type of lawyer, immigration or not.

I would fire that lawyer. Everyone knows medicals are only valid for a year.

I attended my interview in new delhi, the interviewer said at the end if interview that my application will be approved and it takes 3/5months to issue visa. She returned my wedding pictures , invitation card etc. as well. i dont know why she gave back to me , these were submitted in application form. Its nearly 8months the background check is in process.

My ADR was won December 20,2016 and it is now more then 7 months and we are still waiting for the visa

nakka we also went for interview in delhi and they told us 1 week we will hear back. also they returned our stuff too
