Hi

My Parents were granted Super Visa and cane to Canada last year in October. The visa officer who admitted them, put a stamp on their passports, but there were no dates mentioned, nor they got any visitor record.

In this case what would be the length of time they can stay in Canada ?

I have different answers so I am confused
1. Maxinum continuous stay is 2 years or
2. Hand written Date specified in the passport when stamped or
3. Date mentioned in visitor record or
4. Six months if there is no date on passport or visitor record.

If the answer is No. 4, then six months is passed and what should we do now. Please help.

That is correct:

3. Date mentioned in visitor record or
2. Hand written Date specified in the passport when stamped or
1. Maxinum continuous stay is 2 years or

whichever comes first.

Hello sir

I just called CIC and they are saying that if you do not have a date the the duration is six months to stay in Canada. Please advise what should I do?

No its 2 years. If it's a super visa, no stamp is 2 years. Regular visitor visa is 6 months. You probably forgot to mention the super part of the visa to CIC.
