validation..what does it mean?

If I manually input some information on a previously validated form, do I have to validate it over again? Is this allowed, once validated?

It's allowed.
Nothing happens other than re-validating itself.

By manually you mean by pen.. sometimes that's the only way to enter things it won't accept!
Validating it, I believe will change the bar code. It should ask you for validation after any changes, and it will not validate if there are blanks.

Yes, I think the form will ask you to do it anyways if you made changes. It all affects the bar code, but I'm not sure how much info the bar code contains exactly.
