Advice would be greatly appreciated. Here is my story:
- Recently received CoPR including 1 dependent (my spouse).
- Both our Work Permits expire on September 18th.
- I plan on leaving the country for a few days from August 21st to August 26th (my spouse is not)
- In order to validate our CoPR, we have two options:
- Land as PR upon my return on August 26th and then arrange an appointment for my spouse after my return.
- This only leaves a few weeks in order to arrange her appointment. Will time be tight here or can she still go passed the Work Permit Expiry once a CoPR has been received and an appointment has been arranged?
- Arrange an appointment for both of us before I leave.
- What if the appointment or PR cards are not issued by the time I leave (nearly 4 weeks)?
- Land as PR upon my return on August 26th and then arrange an appointment for my spouse after my return.
