Hi Guys I have been asked to submit jd from my current organization. I have created one keeping the NOC 2171 from hrd canada as reference and also making sure I am not copying it as is. Could you please go through it and advise?

6. Assist the AM to plan, co-ordinate and prioritize team workloads.
7. Complete all project documentation before wrapping up projects.
8. Participates on project teams to support department & company initiatives.
9. Translate complex business requirements into efficient and supportable solutions with minimal errors and rework during user acceptance testing.
10. Independently identify problems, the related impacts, and the most efficient solutions.
11. Proactively identifies and pursue training needs. Assist in training documentation and participates in various training teams initiatives at a department level.
12. Participated in weekly development meetings to update status, change management meetings to report issues/updates/decisions.
13. Reviewed and wrote internal working procedures, prepared hand-over material and imparted trainings to the new consortium.
