Hi .. I am in Canada on a closed work permit and my husband is in India. He had a valid visitor visa till 2024 but he got his passport reissued due to a clerical mistake in his name. Now that fresh visas are not being issued can he still travel on the visa that he already has on his old passport? or will he need some additional documents to prove that he is the same person though that is justified perfectly by the old passport number in the new one?
