I applied for eTA because i have still a valid US non immigrant visa that will expire on 2026. But i was denied. Is there anyone here can explain why i received a letter from them that says i did not have a valid us visa? But my US Visa is valid. It doesnt make sense. By the way i have philippine passport but a permanent resident in europe.
