Valid TRV visa in Old/Cancelled passport

Greetings!

My name is Arun, I have a Valid visitor visa (TRV) till December 2017. My passport will expire in December 25 2017 so, I renewed my passport and I received my new passport. I am planning to visit Alberta, Canada with my Fiance on July 1 2017, It will be a 4 day trip.

Could you please let me know if I can travel with Valid TRV visa on my Old passport along with my New Passport? or should I need to apply for a new visitor visa again? Please help me out.
