no, they are certainly not valid when it comes down to granting student visa.

please explain your question in more articulate manner to get an appropriate answer.

is a message by Asst. Registrar which says, "............the private education throught out India."

if their website has a spelling mistake in a message posted by Asst. Registrar, I don't think they are any good.

oh..okay, in that sense, your friend/ you are good/valid to apply for student visa, they won't question it.

But, what I meant to say is that they don't seem to be comparable to state boards; cbse board or IB in terms of quality and may not be accepted by universities in India.

12th - open school of learning 2012
International diploma in business management - United kingdom 2013
IELTS - overall 6 BAND not less then 5.5
