Valid LMO but not working atm

Hey.

I have valid LMO (expires August 2016) but I quit job some time ago and I came back to Poland. I worked under this LMO for some time, but because I couldn't change employers easily I decided to come back and wait for PR and then re-enter Canada with open work permit?

Can I use this LMO at this moment? In application I didn't use it because I'm not working atm and was affraid of legal actions.

I think you have to have a job offer wich comes with your LMO, other wise it won't be valid.

When you quit your job, your LMO ceased to be valid.
