I mean if you don't want points of LMIA just job offer from employer is good.
I am confused. Are there separate points for lmia and job offer ?

As far ask I know , there is only extra 50 points which comes from "valid job offer"

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html

"A valid job offer has to be:

made by one employer
continuous
paid
full-time (at least 30 hours a week)
not seasonal
for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa
in a job that is NOC:
Skill Type 0 or
Skill Levels A or B

It also must be made :

if you’re currently working in Canada in a NOC 0, A or B job on a work permit that was issued based on an LMIA, and:
you’re working for an employer listed on your work permit
you’re authorized to work in Canada on the day you apply for a permanent resident visa, and when the visa is issued
your current employer made you an offer to give you a full-time job for at least one year if you’re accepted as a permanent resident"

From IRCC website. So I was just asking if I have to get a new LMIA and job offer letter from my current employer OR I need to get only a new job offer letter from my current employer so that I claim extra 50 points?

I think what he meant was CEC does not include a job offer as part of its eligibility requirement, so you can just go for it without a "valid job offer". If you want to claim extra 50 points (which is by no means necessary) then you will have to go through the "valid job offer" requirement yada yada.
