I had two seasonal positions in Canada which I accumulated 4% vacation pay. This was paid out in the form of a final payslip once my employment ended at the end of winter. I remained in Canada following the employment ceasing.
1. Can I count these vacation pay/hours accumulated in my total hours calculation for Canadian experience? Why/why not?
2. How do I get my employer to state this in their letter? Should they just say I was eligible for 4% vacation pay which was paid out at the end of my employment?
