hi, my mother got a passport request for PR. VFS India has a web form to submit that letter and they will advise for pickup and drop off of passport. I am curious if someone else has done this recently and what is the typical time taken?

We have the same situation, passport reached Delhi ircc on 28th September, haven't heard anything since then!
