Vac center turned away wife with PPR

Hey guys ,

Long story short, wife got her PPR. In a country where the VAc center is closed, so in the instructions of the email it says go to the Tunis VAC center or any near by offices.
So we went to a near by VAC which is Egypt and they turned her around as they didn’t know how to process the request. I know a month ago I readthe same problem with the same office wit some else from Libya.

My question is if I send her passport with a family friend to Tunis and get her to sign the last page to authorize someone to drop and pick up her passport would I have an issue with that?

As anyone else used this option ?

Before taking such a step, because anything can happen to her passport when its out of her hands and this is too important, if you haven't done so already, call the Canadian embassy in Tunis and explain the problem with finding a vac to accept her passport. They do answer the phone there and speak Arabic, English, and French, and ask them what she should do. They may tell her to courier it to them directly.

Hi I have a question plz anyone help I receive passport request and they said send passport to Paris visa office is there any visa charges fees o just send passport I am in Spain
