usually how long does it to a visa officer to review a case ?

My note did not say review required, but I know it got transfer to another vo on July 11st.... But I don't know what reason is that... Hopefully I can hear something positive by the end of this month...

i dont know where it transfer to.... as they did not notice me, i found out from the GCMS note by myself....
i just knew, my file is in a visa officer's hand.....

Sorry, I dont know what is GCMS note. BTW, how did you get that note? what is that note for?

When my case was transferred to NY visa office, they send an email to me. So, I know that. but my status is still shows "received"

I think if your case was transferred like me, they will tell you by email. otherwise, you dont have to worried right now. I have.T.T

Click on Online Request, fill the form as required (very simple steps) and click "privacy act" near the end.

In a month, you'll get detailed notes showing your PR application, what assessments were done, why it was transferred, and any concerns the VO might have expressed.

Do it now! Like, right now, because it takes a month to arrive.

i received the other one last week, (i did not remember i did order the note again). the only difference is that they send my file to another officer MS5788 on July 11st.....but still with recommended passed.... but i dont know what it means....

ohhh, now I see why ur still worried. well, u still need to have hope as ur still under recommend passed. I will order for gcms notes by weekend if I didn't get MR. let's hope for the best. BTW, did they mentioned in ur previous gcms notes that they will transfer ur file to another officer?????? which kind of comments did the vo made??
 
there is nothing at all...it just said it transfer to the vo on july 11....i dont know what that means...i really dont want to be annoying,....but i am really scared now...

Apply for another set of notes... If it went to a specific vo on the 11th something should have been updated by now.

nicole! it looks like they are rejecting you becoz two officers review your file in case of refusal. Dont wait start preparing for forms for second application.
