using old UCI number for Outland spouse sponsorship

Hi All,

Im filling out form for my wife's outland spouse sponsorship. Last year (before we got married) she applied for Study visa but got refused on ground of 216(1). She has her UCI number. I'm just wondering if i can re-use that UCI number for IMM 0008, IMM5532 and IMM5476 (representative form)? will this cause confusion to the officer?

Yes, UCI number never changes. Even if you don’t put it in the form, IRCC will find it and put it on your application when they will search for your identification in the system.

Same thing happened to my wife visitor visa application; was refused and we used the exact same UCI # when we did her PR application. No issues.
