Using H1B Petition Letter as Experience Letter

Hello All,
This is a great Forum. Thanks to all for the contributing and sharing info!
I am a newbie here and I just submitted my FSW to Sidney, received on Dec 10. I have a question regarding experience letter.
My current company policy is that it will not give detailed experience letter. I have been working in the US with the same company with H-1 B status. My NOC 0213 experience was in year 2005-2007. My question is, can I supply CIC Visa Office the petition letter that list my main duties and experience and education background. H1B Petition Letter covered all of this information regrarding my NOC 0213.
Would this be sufficient?
Anybody has same or similar experience? or maybe some advice?

Similarly I have an L1-A petition letter which tells the jobs and roles I have performed. This satisfies all the conditions that CIC is looking for as far as the contents are concerned. The only thing is that it is addressed to the US immigration officer. Do you think this is going to be any kind of problem?

I believe it should work perfectly. I submitted same for AINP and it was fine. However now AINP is closed for and they closed all IT applications.
