Used the wrong spousal sponsorship form,I used IMM5491 instead of 5285

For inland Canada spousal sponsorship. Please let me know if anybody has experience with this? what did you do to ensure everything is going to be okay? Please let me know, I need help.

You cannot file it now if you don't have an application number. They will just lose the new form, and then you'd have to do it again when they return it to you.
