Use Of Representative form for Minors

Hello,

I'm applying for Citizenship along with my son who is a minor ( Family application) . I'm filling the Minors application. Should i fill the Use of Representative form for Minor when I'm not using any outside representative. Since i'm filling his application, should i fill the Use of Representative form? Please advise
