Use of representative form-applying for kid

Sorry for posting it again....pls help....i am applying for my 2 year old son. Do i need to fill the use of representative form ? Thanks

If not mistaken, the representative is the paid or unpaid professional that takes care of your application on your behalf, most probably your lawyer.
You're not your son's representative, his application is simply tied to yours. No need to fill that.
