I used Willis & Brazolot who took my money and arraned 3 interviews with one man companies who were not offering any kind of relevant job. When I contacted them with regard to a refund they sent me a standard letter stating they were glad they had helped me out and no way was there any kind of refund even though they failed to complete the contracted agreement. It was a total waste of time and money.
I found that the best way to find employment was to contact the companies direct and explain what you could do for them and they were only too willing to carry out the process on my behalf.
I would say to any one looking to move to Canada if there is such a skills shortage then the employers will help yoou to get there.
However if they are not getting back to you it is because they dont need you.

Thanks, nice informations. It was really big Scam..... but i'm sure, without helping any emplyment agency....its like near to impossible getting any Job or even Offer only just via Online. But i'm agree with you, need to be in contact with legitimate and reliable employment agencies, Question is still there, How to find them?

I was surprised that to be able to get a job it needs to pay the agency. I think the agency should NOT collect any money from somebody who is looking a job specially if you are a professional. It should be the hiring company that needs to pay the agency not the person who is looking for a job.

Just my opinion.

It is against the law in most province in Canada for the prospective employee to be charged by a recruiting company.

While I admit getting a job offer is a lengthy process and needs lots of patience and perseverance, it is possible to find a prospective employer.

It took me a long time and lots of energy to find someone who offered me a job. On the way to that result, I came across people who were willing to offer me a job at the junk food industry, or contact possible employer and arrange a job; all for a fee, ranging from CA 6000 to 10000.

If you are really after a job offer, prepare one or more professional resume(s)- for different purposes, search for jobs in the related job websites, extract the employers’ contact details, send them your cover letter, resume, and other required documents. Give them some time. Then follow your case up through telephone. Let them hear you. That’s the key. You may convince them through a telephone chat more effectively than through your emails.
