My husband and I are filling out the forms alone and not hiring a representative.

For this form, do you just not include it in the package or do we include it and write Not Applicable on it?

Or should I, as the sponsor, list myself as representative?

Any info is appreciated!

Thanks!

If you are not using a representative (an immigration lawyer etc) then you do not include it with your application.

you can fill your information as a representative if you want , there is a that option also on representative's form.

It is also a Good idea to represent your spouse if they are living where mailing system is not good, sponsor being in Canada, you can inquiry regarding your application as well..

hope this will help you!

Hi,

Yes. This is right. The sponsor can set himself/herself up as a representative, this is quite a good idea.

But if you are not going to have ANY representative, then do not include the representative form with your application.

Good luck!

If I don't list myself (sponsor) as representative, does that mean I can't make any inquires on my husband's inland application?

That's correct, they won't speak with you since you are not the "applicant".
