How did you claim asylum? Did you come from the U.S. into Canada?

Directly Canada from home country
It's hard to say in that case. Canada and the U.S. do share immigration information. However it's quite possible your husband's visa is still valid.

He won't be able to travel now since there are travel restrictions currently in place for all but essential travel. If he wants to try to travel to the U.S., he will need to wait until travel restrictions have been lifted.

If He also has a Visa for Canada then it's better if He comes straight to Canada after travel restrictions lifted.
But the chances of him receiving a TRV is slim to none because of his spouses asylum claim . And if he currently has one , more than likely it’ll be cancelled .There’ll be an assumption he’ll claim asylum as well

Can be hard to get a US visa given the need to attend an interview at a consulate/embassy and to have a convincing reason to visit the US
