Hello guys. I’m planing to go Milan but I’ve one airport transfer ( John kennedy (USA) )
I don’t have pr, do I need to get visa for transit?

did you end up getting your RTD?
Did you reapply and was successful?

I have a question
I got my rtd and now in process of filling ds160 form
Question is what should i write my nationality? Stateless? As i am applying it on rtd? Or my original nationality?
Do you hold or have you held any nationality other than the one indicated above on nationality?
What will be the answer to this? As i am protected person now.
Are you a permanent resident of a country/region other than your country/region of origin (nationality) indicated above?
It will be a yes or no? As i am a protected person but awaiting pr.

Can you share with us ur time line for your RTD.
To answer ur questions :
- yes ! You need to write your nationalité of origine.( if ur RTD write you nationalité as state less : go for it)
- other nationality : the answer will be "no" unless you really have a proof of the second nationality.
- About if you are a P.R of canada ! The answer should be no ! .
But if you have the PR card, or PR electronique confirmation of PR. Then you say yes !

I applied for it on July 28th and got my and wife rtd on Aug 27th.
Waiting for my kids rtd
