Hi friends, my friend has tourist 10year multiple visa for USA, and visit u s a in many time and stay 5 month every time, in 2011his Canadian TRV visa refused after this he visit u s a also now he want to visit (Neagra falls) Canada from u s a its possible that he visit Canada from usa without took visa? given permission to Canadian port?please tell in details

Yes he can enter Canada for a maximum of 30 days on B1/B2 USA visitor and reenter back to US..Please see the link below...

@tahsinmohammad . i think his question was related to if he required visa to enter Canada or not and he is only visa exempt to Canada if he has a permanent residency in the states which i don't think he is since he previously applied for a Canadian visa which was denied.

But he will need to get a Canadian visa in advance (getting one at the border is not possible). The US visitor visa allows him to enter the US only - not Canada.

This means that that US allows B1/B2 holders to leave the US for 30 days to visit Canada and then re-enter the US. This has nothing to do with whether Canada will allow them into the country or not. Again, to visit Canada, your friend needs to apply for a TRV in advance.

How could visa for one country allow entry into a different country - Contrary to popular belief, Canada is a whole different country than the USA. :P
