There is no such thing restricting an individual to get their entry denied if they came to Canada illegally from US via Roxham Road. I had 3 friends when we crossed into Canada via Roxham road we were on F1 (Student visa) in US after getting our PR my friends applied for US visa and got approved and they have visited US as well without any problems.
