I want to get police certificate from usa. I got to know there is an option of doing it online.

Do I need to take fingerprints and then scan and upload them?

You can apply for the PCC online on the FBI website. You'll need to do your fingerprints at your local police office and then mail the physical form with the fingerprints to the FBI office in VA.
You will then get an online report and receive a physical copy of the report in the mail.

Whats the processing time for this. Leys say my application is received today there.

For me it took 3 days after they received my fingerprints.
