So I am getting everything together still, working on the photos for the PR thing. But it says on the way bottem that I should seal it all in an envelope and send it to my sponser. Shouldn't I be sending it to Missuga or how ever its spelled like it says in the regular application?

Both the applicant forms and the sponsor forms are sent together in one package to Mississauga. I assume that the note at the bottom assumes the sponsor will be mailing out the whole package and instructs the applicant to send all of their stuff to the sponsor so the sponsor can bundle it all together (and mail it out).

As long as you two are together or have easy access to each other, you don't need to mail it to them first. It's more for couples that for whatever reason aren't staying together. Since most of the documents require a signature of one or both of you. And the sponsor part is first so they assume your sponsor will be sending the form in. I was visiting my husband when I sent mine in so obviously no need to mail it anywhere other than to Ontario but not all applicants are as lucky as I am to be able to visit.
