USA Biometrics - How do you get them done quickly?

I'm seeing PAs from USA in the tracker posting their biometrics 2-3 days after they received their BIL. How?! Every ASC near my husband is booked 3 weeks out. I tried 7 states (he's in Northeast US). Did those who got them done quickly go to a VAC or USCIS office? I thought perhaps they set an appointment before they received the request, but you need the IRCC number they give you in the letter to make an appointment, so I don't know how that would work. Any advice that would get them done sooner than 3 weeks from now? And I know people will post saying I should just wait the 3 weeks, but this process is agonizing as it is. I'm just looking to see how others did it.

I'm figured it out! For anyone else in the same boat - the ASCs book 3 weeks out. But VACs have appointments as soon as tomorrow. Unfortunately, there are only two VACs in the States (Los Angeles and New York) so it only works if you're near those cities (or wiling to travel). Hope that helps to anyone in the same situation!
