Nothing to do with this forum, but no, you cannot. US work visa H1B (or there is a possibility of applying for H4 if you are a spouse or dependent of an H1B visa holder) happens through lottery system that takes place only once in a year (April 1st is the deadline to submit documents) provided you have a company sponsoring your work visa.

No chance at all.
H1B is like 99.9% impossible.
Even I have a US Visitor 10 year Validity Visa, doesn't mean I can go to US misuse if and get an H1B.
Misinterpretation of any sort of information can Bar/Ban you for the Country
