US visit/tourtist visa from Canada

Hi, I applied for my US visa renewal via mail. After, initially applying online, I was asked to courier my documents.

We stay in Toronto applied for my in-laws and this is the first time that we applied for b1/b2 visa from Quebec location and its been a month no update on the status or passports.

Yeah, I extended a couple of times the return flight ticket for I'm trying to reach the Quebec embassy but nothing is working out.. I'm really worried and they are old and not able to adjust to the Canadian weather.

They didn’t need an interview? I know now everything takes time

Quick questions, for a B1/B2 visa renewal in Canada Montreal. I got the email instructions send my documents. I sent them but at my own expenses because I didn’t realize that They created a shipping label for me I realized that after I sent them on my own with Canada post. Will that be a problem? Document was sent to Ottawa location. I’m very worry about, document arrived on Sunday 17th of November. Please I need some advice
