hello every one,
i have been rejected a US visa twice. And now i am applying for a Canada study permit. I am totally worried that will the VO officer reject my application only because of the above reason..? is anyone there whose US visa got rejected and secured a Canada study permit later..?? please any reply..!!!

Hmm, if ur academics, Ielts are good enough with proper documentation u'll get a visa.
not just u got rejected twice for US, doesnt mean u wont get permit in canada too...!!
and yes i know some guys who got canada visa after rejecting in US !!!

all the best

Hello,
dont wory dude.. I was rejected four times for USA and still I got the visa for Canada. So dont bother about this issue. Just go for it. People like me who are rejected from US embassy get shelter from Canada. :) Strange but true.

Did you guys mention that "U.S student visa was rejected" in the IMM1274 Form...
ajosephhh you should mention that!! never hide anything...

If you wish to share the reasons given for your US refusal, others here may be able to help you. Both countries are concerned about people overstaying their visas. Can you show strong ties to your country that would compel you to leave Canada?

my GRE was low, 285/340 and i couldn't give a correct explanation when asked about GRE...!! :( anyways now for canada i am have all the requirements paid 1 year fees, have GIC and ielts 7.5 & acads 75% GPA and have required funds too...!! and proof for returning to home country i dont have very specific, i just have to mention in my SOP that the MNC's now here in India are growing and would come out with very good opportunities...thats it...! wats else can i say...??

hello, does over documentation lead to rejection...?? i am going through generic list. paid GIC and 1 year fees too.. and should i show the bank statements as a proof of travel expenses?? will that lead to over documentation..??

I applied by university checklist and I showed bank statements and fixed deposits... Nothing wrong with that. But i did not complicate by attaching income tax papers etc...
