My relatives are visiting Canada and also want to visit USA.We were checking online for visa date from Calgary and no dates are shown for at least 6 months.
Is it common? what are the possible solutions to get US visa from there'?

First check whether a visitor to Canada can apply for a visitor visa to US at an US consulate in Canada?

I think most of the people are aware of this that "a visitor can apply for us tourist visa from Canada"

It's possible, but chances of refusal are higher when applying at a country other than one's citizenship or residence.
