No you shouldn’t leave Canada during your asylum application process unless you want to abandon your application.

In order to travel to the US, you will need an RTD. You won't qualify for an RTD until you have protected status in Canada. It will take around three years for your asylum application to be processed and for you to qualify for an RTD.

So the short answer to your question is that it will be around 3 years from the time you claim asylum in Canada until traveling to the US may be possible.

So I canot issue any visa nor get married until I have a decision and travel document
Right now you should be focusing and praying to get your hearing and not traveling to the state. Ask whoever you want to go see in State to come over here.

If you are marrying someone from the US it would be much easier to have her sponsor you. Asylum is not guaranteed in Canada.
