US to CA outland

US citizen here sponsored by husband in CA, application being sent soon, already have FBI check done, how long are people waiting to get landing papers?

I applied in Feb, still haven't got my PR card, but I'm hoping to have it in a few weeks as my passport was just request so I can be issued CoPR.

Several March and April applicants are currently waiting for coPR from Ottawa if that helps your timeline estimates. If you already have the PCC you should submit your app ASAP or you may have to get another PCC. If you cannot use a channeller it takes 3 months.
