US Resident with Indian Passport - Can he do medicals in India while going on Vacation

Asking for a friend. My friend and his family are US Residents who are expecting an ITA in next draw. But they are planning to visit India in December. Can he and his family get Medicals done in India while on vacation.

The medical can be done anywhere in the world, as long as it is with a Panel Physician.
