US resident with approved application but no COPR

How many US resident (non US citizen or permanent residents) are waiting for passport request email and CoPR. My application was approved in January 2020 and I can see CoPR in my application that is valid till Nov 30 2020 but still no email about passport request or COPR despite us being travel exempt. Who else in the same bucket. My primary office is CIO sydeny.

You should raise a Webform in this regard. You are exempt from the travel restrictions so there is no reason why you should not be issued you PPR. You should also call the customer service informing them about this. All the best.

I have done multiple times now but no response. I also have a job offer from a consulting company that supports essential services. I emailed them multiple times, raised webforms as well as lodged complaints but they are just sleeping. It is absurd. Based on my GCMS notes my application was first approved in Sept 2020 and a COPR was generated but never issued. They again reached out to me issuing me a travel authorization letter with new COPR #. I sent email to them multiple times saying if this is correct or if they should instead send me PPR. Every time they responded its all good. Then out of blue they sent me another email saying that my TA is cancelled as it was issued due to an administrative error and they will process my application on priority after travel restriction is lift. My employer sent me a letter saying that job is in essential services and with that I raised a request asking for travel exemption. They responded saying that I am already travel exempt and I shouldn't need a written authorization. Submitted multiple webform with all information requesting them either to reinstate AL or issue COPR. Called them multiple times and nothing being done. This is absurd. If it was US I could have sued or appealed.

I'm sorry about this hassle. I recently got my PPR. I raised a Webform and called too. A week later, I was asked to submit my passport. You may want to raise a Webform, email CPC Ottawa and also the email on the previous PPR. Lastly you may want to call the customer service center repeatedly. I would suggest at least once a week (I would call about 2 times). All the best.

What's the email ID for CPC Ottawa? My application is being processed at CIO Sydney. Would writing to CPC Ottawa help? I never received PPR email which is very interesting. What I had received was AL directly. BTW I have raised the Webform and spoken to them multiple times last week. I also saw that I had a ghost update on Friday. Though it was after I was facing server issue trying to access my application. Did you receive ghost update any time during your process?

This is the email: cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca. I think you'll get something soon since you had a ghost update on Friday. I'll also recommend calling to ask if there is an actual update since your saw that your application was updated. Not all ghost update preceded by difficulty in logging into your account is false. I received about 6-7 ghost updates during the process, and each time, I call to ask the reason for the update. All the best.
