my friends husband is a green card holder in the US. She is in Jamaica with her son. Her husband want to file the skilled worker for canada but wants to put his wife and son on the application too. Does he file everything at the Buffalo office in the US? If everything is approved what would be the process for all three to enter canada?

Hi;
She will have to be present in interview with her husband. She will not have enough time to get visit visa of US for the interview after receiving interview call. So either they should apply from Jamaica or her husband should apply for himself and after arival in Canada, he can sponsor his family.

1. The wife and child have to be included in the application.
2. Very seldom are spouses required to attend skilled worker interviews, and an interview may not be necessary. If an interview is necessary, and they want to interview the spouse, then you cross that bridge when you come to it.
